Payments are not collected through the website. Instead, once an order has been confirmed, we will provide you with payment details such as bank transfer, UPI, or GPay information. We will never ask for sensitive information like your online banking password or one-time password (OTP). Customers are responsible for making payments only to the official account details provided directly by Surya Aquarium Product. Please note that we do not store or process online payments through our website.

We partner with trusted courier and delivery services to deliver your orders to the address provided during checkout. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier operations. Any delays caused by courier companies, transportation disruptions, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will always do our best to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

We accept returns and process refunds only if products are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. In such cases, customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving their order via WhatsApp or email. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, as applicable. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used. Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons other than those stated above.
